The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Southeastern Madison County in central Indiana... Eastern Hancock County in central Indiana... Northwestern Rush County in central Indiana... Southwestern Henry County in east central Indiana...

* Until 1015 PM EDT.

* At 951 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles northeast of Greenfield, or 11 miles south of Anderson, moving south at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will be near... Shirley, Kennard and Wilkinson around 1000 PM EDT. Other locations in the path of this severe thunderstorm include Knightstown and Carthage. This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 105 and 119.

* AFFECTED AREAS: HANCOCK, IN ... HENRY, IN ... MADISON, IN ... RUSH, IN

Instructions:

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Large hail and damaging winds and continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
