Subject: Weapons Violation
On June 13, 2021, at 3:19 A.M. the Sun Prairie Police Department was out patrolling near the 600 block of W. Main St. and observed the sound of two gun shots in the distance. Upon further investigation it was determined that this incident was an isolate incident between three inviduals. Clincy, Harry P 08041989 was taken into custody.
Clincy was arrested and booked into the Dane County Jail for Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide, and a Parole Violation.
Pursuant to the directive of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicity, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
