City of Carson Cooling Centers Open 6/15-16 
In anticipation of a heatwave, the City of Carson has designated cooling centers to help residents stay safe. Cooling centers will be available for Carson residents Tuesday, June 15, from 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm and Wednesday, June 16, from 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the following locations:

Calas Park
Carson Park (gym)
Del Amo Park
Dolphin Park
Dominguez Park
Foisia Park
Hemingway Park
Mills Park
Stevenson Park
Veterans Park/Sports Complex
Please don’t forget to:
Limit time outdoors
Stay hydrated
Check on loved ones and neighbors
Remember pets need extra care too
Do not leave people or pets in cars
Conserve energy
Turn off unnecessary lights
Avoid using appliances between 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm
