On June 14, 2021, at 9:05 a.m. Deputy Zach Lienemann conducted a traffic stop on US 41 near Oak Street in Fort Branch on a Ford F150.  Upon approaching the vehicle he identified the driver as 35-year-old Jerad Sweeney of Fort Branch.  During a roadside investigation Deputy Lienemann ran Mr. Sweeney through the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles and discovered that Mr. Sweeney was operating his vehicle while his Indiana License was Suspended on a Prior Conviction.  At the conclusion of his investigation Deputy Lienemann placed Mr. Sweeney into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Driving While Suspended Prior.  He has since posted a $650 bond.
