Mail Theft and Felony Identity Theft Arrest 
On 06/17/21, at approximately 1:45 AM, Arcadia Police Officers responded to the 1400 Block of Sixth Avenue for a mail theft in progress. Officers arrived in the area and located a suspicious vehicle driving away. A traffic stop was conducted and the sole occupant, a male adult, was detained. The investigation revealed the male was in possession of several pieces of mail belonging to over thirty separate victims from the City of Arcadia and the City of West Hills. The male was arrested and transported to the Arcadia PD Jail, where he was booked for mail theft and identity theft related crimes.
