Temperatures today are expected to be up to 110 degrees with the heat index. The heat advisory is expected to last until 7 p.m. Keep cool by staying hydrated and going to a cooling center if needed. A list of daytime cooling centers can be found here: https://loom.ly/wZw4lhs
Monitor those who are at risk for heat-related illness such as people over age 65, young children, people with serious health conditions, people who work outdoors, and pets.
Anyone overcome by heat should be moved to a cool and shaded location. Heat stroke is an emergency!
