FLOODING IS ONGOING OR EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY IN THE WARNED AREA. BETWEEN 1 AND 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN. * SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
