Police Department lobby will open as a cooling center for those who remain without power. 
In cooperation with Ameren the Pekin Police Department will open their lobby as a cooling center for those who remain without power. Ice water is available and a place to sit and cool down if needed. Ameren anticipates having power restored by tomorrow.
