On 6/19/21, at approximately 10:58 AM, an Arcadia Police Officer was patrolling vacant buildings in the 100 Block of Wheeler Avenue.  The Officer observed two suspects trespassing at a vacant building, one of whom fled and locked himself inside the building.  The suspect eventually exited and surrendered himself to Officers.  A third suspect was also found trespassing at the vacant building.  All three suspects were arrested and transported to the Arcadia PD Jail on charges ranging from trespassing, narcotic violations, and outstanding warrants.
