Burlington City Residents:
On June 21, 2021, (with rain date of the 22nd), the Burlington City Board of Education with be joined by the Burlington City High School Graduating Class of 2021 and their guests at the Wilbur Watts Intermediate School for their Commencement Ceremony.
The Burlington City Police Department will be posting temporary “No Parking” signs on Wood St between Rt 130 and Federal Street for this event. This parking restriction will begin at 4:30 pm until the ceremony is over and cleared which, we anticipate approximately 9 pm. There will be handicapped parking available in the JFK Park off Wood St and encourage arriving as early as practical until spots are filled.
Wood Street at Rt 130 will be temporarily closed with no access. Please plan an alternate route, if needed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to you and appreciate your assistance by planning accordingly.
