Nicolas Walker was arrested for grand theft auto

LOCATION: East Broadway / Ice Plant in Needles
SUSPECT(S): Nicolas Walker, a 35-year-old resident of Chico
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Sunday, June 20, 2021, at 4:15 p.m. deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police conducted a traffic stop of a silver Volkswagon Jetta. A records check showed the vehicle was reported stolen. The driver of the vehicle, Nicolas Walker was taken into custody without further incident. Walker was booked at the Colorado River Station Jail for felony charges of Grand Theft Auto and is being held on $50,000 bail.
