El Cerrito Police Department - Sexual Battery 
SEXUAL BATTERY – BELMONT AVE NEAR CREEKSIDE PARK
On June 17th, 2021, at approx. 6:06 pm, officers responded to the report of a sexual battery in the 3400 of Belmont Avenue near Creekside Park. A woman was helping her children out of the car when the suspect snuck up from behind and touched her inappropriately. The man then walked away northbound on Belmont Avenue. Prior to the battery, it appeared he came from Creekside Park.
The suspect is a tall, thin and approximately 20-25 years old. He has long black hair and was wearing glasses. He was also wearing a black jacket, a red tee-shirt with a white design on the front, black skinny style jeans and black boots. Please see attached videos stills. The El Cerrito Police Department is asking for the community to partner with us in identifying this suspect.
