High temperatures this weekend. KCDEM will open a cooling center at Poulsbo City Hall Saturday-Monday, 9am-5pm. 
Very hot weather is forecasted for this weekend into early next week. Kitsap County Department of Emergency Management will be operating a cooling center at Poulsbo City Hall from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the following dates:
- Saturday June 26
- Sunday June 27
- Monday June 28
Instructions:
Try to avoid being outdoors in the sun between 10am-4pm. Stay hydrated. Eat and dress light. Never leave children or pets in a vehicle. Stay in a cool place (Poulsbo City Hall is open Saturday-Monday 9am-5pm as a cooling center). If you have access to air conditioning, use it. Fans may not be adequate. Consider cancelling outdoor activities during the heat of the day. Use life jackets or flotation devices on the water.
