Road Closed: Madison St from Delaware Ave to Illinois Ave closing at 8AM for approx. 2 hours. Detour will be in place. 
Crews will be performing maintenance on Madison St between Delaware Ave & Illinois Ave causing the portion of road to be closed at 8 AM this morning. It is expected to be open by 10AM. There will be a one block detour in place.
