City Sets Deadline for Portola Hills Soil Clean Up 
The City of Lake Forest notified Baldwin & Sons that a stop work ordered would be issued for all of the Baldwin work in Portola Hills except the soil remove if odors remain on June 30.
In response, Baldwin announced crews would work until 8 p.m. to remove the soil. Work would also continue on Saturdays.
The City issued the warning because residents continue to be impacted by the odor. The health and safety of residents is the City's top priority.
