ROADWAY SAFETY MANY ROADS IN THE COUNTY ARE FLOODED. 
Due to the heavy rain fall many Lincoln County roads and streets are flooded. Do not attempt to drive throgh flooded areas and avoid travel unless absolutly necessary. Many areas are flooding that normally due not. Again, use cautuion is you must get out and travel, and do not cross water coved roads.
Lincoln County is in a Flash Flood Warning until 0300AM
Turn Around, Don't Drown.
