* At 310 PM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicate heavy rain moving back into the area. Some locations saw 1 to 3 inches of rain earlier today, with totals of 5-6 inches over the last few days. Soils are saturated, and additional rain will likely overwhelm small creeks and rivers, and may flood into yards, streets, and some buildings as the afternoon and evening continues. An additional 1 to 2 inches of rain is possible over the next several hours.
