* At 809 PM EDT, Another 1-3 inches of rain has fallen this afternoon, bringing total rain amounts over the last few days of 4 to 7 inches. This has overwhelmed small creeks and streams and resulted in flooded and closed roads, water in yards, and threatened structures. Additional rain tonight will prolong these flooding conditions.
