* At 109 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Moderate to heavy rainfall will continue beyond 3 AM. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage and low lying areas.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Cache, Snyder, Mountain Park, Indiahoma, Manitou, Headrick, southwestern Fort Sill, southern Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge and Doris Campground. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area.
