Flood Warning until 01:00PM Monday

At 1222 AM EDT, Over the past several days, 3 to 6 inches of rain fell across most of the warned area. Many roads remain closed due to flooding, and large pools of standing water still exist.

* AFFECTED AREAS: ALLEGAN, MI ... BARRY, MI ... IONIA, MI ... KALAMAZOO, MI ... KENT, MI ... MONTCALM, MI ... OTTAWA, MI ... VAN BUREN, MI

Instructions:

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Flooding is occurring or is imminent. It is important to know where you are relative to streams, rivers, or creeks which can become killers in heavy rains. Campers and hikers should avoid streams or creeks.
