Ronald Sibbach, age 70, left the residence at 188 Barnwell Lane, Palmyra, at approximately 6:30 a.m. today to take a walk. As of this time he has not returned. Ronald has no reported medical or severe cognitive issues. We are asking that anyone who encounters Ronald check on his well-being, particularly due to today's heat, and call the police department at 717-838-1376. (see attached photo)
