The National Weather Service in Wichita has expanded the

* Flood Watch to include Portions of Central and South Central Kansas, including the following areas, in Central Kansas, Chase and Marion. In South Central Kansas, Butler, Cowley, Harper, Harvey, Sedgwick and Sumner.

* From Tuesday morning through Tuesday evening.

* Showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain are forecast across the area on Tuesday.

* Flooding of low water crossings and low-lying areas are possible.

* AFFECTED AREAS: MARION ... CHASE ... HARVEY ... BUTLER ... SEDGWICK ... HARPER ... SUMNER ... COWLEY
