SUMMARY:
All fireworks are illegal in the City of Hesperia. Deputies with the Hesperia Station, in conjunction with the San Bernardino County Fire Department, Office of the Fire Marshall, will be conducting numerous illegal fireworks possession enforcement and patrol operations leading up to the Fourth of July holiday. Violators are subject to significant fines, criminal citation, and possible arrest for the possession and or use of fireworks of any kind within the City of Hesperia.
