At 737 PM EDT, radar indicated a strong thunderstorm near Versailles,
moving northeast at 15 mph.

Very heavy rain...

Aurora, Versailles, Milan, Osgood, Dillsboro, Moores Hill,
Wilmington, Manchester, French, Sunman, Hartford, Holton, Rexville,
Cold Springs, Penntown, Farmers Retreat, Friendship, Versailles Lake,
Mount Sinai and Benham.
This includes I-74 in Indiana between mile markers 156 and 160.
Water will pond on roads and may quickly fill roadside ditches and
small streams.
