Mail Theft and Narcotics Arrest 
On June 30, 2021, at approximately 10:29 PM, officers responded to a possible commercial burglary that had just occurred. Officers were directed to a business in the 200 Block of East Santa Clara Street, where a witness pointed out the possible suspect. During their investigation, officers determined a commercial burglary had not occurred. Officers recognized the subject from prior mail theft arrests. As the officers continued their investigation, they found the female to be in possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and stolen mail. The mail was from several Arcadia addresses. The suspect was arrested and was booked at the Arcadia Jail.
