On July 1^st at approximately 8:00am, the Sun Prairie Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence on Gas Light Dr. in the City of Sun Prairie reference a narcotics investigation. Members of our Special Response Team which includes officers from Middleton PD and Fitchburg PD executed the warrant without incident.
 
Cassondra Eichelkraut, 27-year-old female of Sun Prairie, was jailed on a probation hold and will have charges of Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia referred to the Dane County District Attorney’s Office.
 
This is still an active investigation. No further information is available for release at this time.
 
Pursuant to the directive of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicity, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
