City of New Port Richey Sand Bag Operations Monday, July 5th 
Due to potential heavy rains from Hurrican Elsa, the City of New Port Richey will open sand bag operations Monday, July 5th beginning at 7:00AM through 5:00PM. As always, this service is for City residents only.
Sand and sandbags available located at 6420 Pine Hill Rd.
Residents must show proof of City residency and bring their own shovel, as this is a self-service station.
