Rockland County in southeastern New York... Westchester County in southeastern New York...

* At 806 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Yonkers, Paterson, Bridgeport, New Haven, Stamford, Norwalk, Danbury, New Rochelle, Passaic, White Plains, Wayne, Milford, Bloomfield, Hackensack, Shelton, New City, Naugatuck, Orange, Port Chester and Bergenfield.
