City of New Port Richey Sand Bag Operations Open Today 
Due to potential heavy rains from Tropical Storm Elsa, the City of New Port Richey will continue to have sand bag operations open Tuesday, July 6th. As always, this service is for City residents only.
Sand and sandbags available located at 6420 Pine Hill Rd.
Residents must show proof of City residency and bring their own shovel, as this is a self-service station.
