Washington man arrested on Criminal Trespass charge. 
On July 5, 2021, at 3:50 p.m. Deputies Brian Naas and Zach Lienemann were dispatched to the 100 block of West Glendale Street in Princeton in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arriving at the residence Deputy Naas located 30-year-old Lance Harner of Washington, Indiana and began an investigation. During the investigation Deputy Naas discovered the Mr. Harner had been trespassed from the residence and was no longer allowed to be at the residence. At that point Mr. Harner was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Criminal Trespass.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
