TROPICAL STORM WATCH: PLEASE SECURE OUTDOOR ITEMS 
The center of Tropical Storm Elsa is forecasted to pass over our area over the next 24 hours.
While the heaviest of impacts are expect to stay to the east of the center and over the Atlantic Ocean and move out rather quickly, winds still could be formidable and flash flooding may occur.
