Heavy rain Thursday and Friday may cause flooding in urban locations, low-lying areas, places with poor drainage, roadways, and small waterways. Rainfall of 2” to 4” is forecast statewide, with locally higher amounts of 5” to 6” possible. Winds may gust 10 mph to 25 mph inland and 25 mph to 50 mph along the coast Thursday night to Friday morning. Monitor weather media for updates.
