  expected to begin shortly.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

  Greensburg, Adams, Milford, Westport, Millhousen, Letts and Burney.
