The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Tornado Warning for... Southwestern Atlantic County in southern New Jersey... East central Cumberland County in southern New Jersey... Northeastern Cape May County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 330 AM EDT.

* At 249 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Longport, or near Ocean City, moving northwest at 35 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include... Vineland, Ocean City, Cumberland, Somers Point, Ventnor City, Northfield, Margate City, Estell Manor, Longport, Corbin City, Beesleys Point, English Creek, Marmora, Dorothy, Mizpah, Mays Landing and Linwood. This includes Garden State Parkway between mile markers 25 and 34.

* AFFECTED AREAS: ATLANTIC, NJ ... CAPE MAY, NJ ... CUMBERLAND, NJ
