On today’s date at approximately 12:25 PM, officers with the Terre Haute Police Department were dispatched to the Days Inn and Suites at 4th St and Margaret Avenue, reference a death investigation. The Vigo County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations division was called to the scene to handle the investigative aspect of the incident. A male victim was discovered in a hotel room by hotel staff prior to the call. The investigation is ongoing and further information, including victim name will be provided at an appropriate time.
