* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for... East Central Vermilion County in east central Illinois...
* Until midnight CDT.
* At 956 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported closed roadways due to heavy rainfall. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen in much of the Tilton and Danville area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Danville, Westville, Tilton and Belgium.
* AFFECTED AREAS: VERMILION, IL
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
