Higgins Hill Rd CLOSED to thru traffic Monday (07/12) and Tuesday (07/13). 
The St. Johnsbury Department of Public Works advises that they are closing Higgins Hill Road to through traffic between Concord Avenue and the Waterford town line today (July 12th) and tomorrow (July 13th) to perform road work. The closures will occur between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
As a forewarning, there may be delays on Thursday, July 15th for paving, but a message for that will be sent when appropriate.
