UPDATE: Reference fatal accident on July 8th 
The deceased driver involved in the fatal accident near US HWY 41 and St. Rd 63 ramp, which occurred in the early morning hours of July 8th has been identified. The driver is identified as Dalton Richey, 26 years of age from Vigo County.
