Richlynn Terrace and Popplewell Street – Popplewell will be closed from Dover to Richlynn terrace for emergency water main repair. Road closed from Dover to Richlynn terrace, no cross traffic at Richland Road. Water will be off this afternoon along that section of roadway as well as some of the residential dwellings in the immediate area.
