This is the common closure we do for event traffic with the immaculate, with the help of SMAC Security, like we did at the groundbreaking. The immaculate cupola email addresses that anyone going to the event can park along second street, which is why were announcing the road hazard. 

The hope is to only allow event traffic and then provide traffic control once the event is done to help everyone flow out of the area. 

I also learned to use the term “traffic hazard” as a universal term as something that is going to impede traffic for those who aren’t in attendance at the event itself.
