WHAT: Houston entertainer and community advocate Trae Tha Truth and business partner Roderick Batson are delivering 2,000 pints of ice cream to the Harris County Jail. The pair are co-owners of the newly launched Howdy Homemade franchise ice cream shop in Katy, which employs people with special needs.
