Thursday, July 15, 6:00AM-4:00PM Bay St will be closed to through traffic at rk Miles (Allen Lumber). LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY 
The St. Johnsbury Department of Public Works advises that they are closing Bay St to through traffic between under the Portland St bridge to Main St (South Main St) end tomorrow (July 15th) to perform road paving at the rk Miles store (Allen Lumber). The closure will occur between the hours of 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM. LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY at either end of the work site.
