The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s assistance in locating Caylee Jackson (age: 7) and Anthony Jackson Jr (not pictured) (age: 5).
Both Caylee and Anthony Jr were taken by their noncustodial parent, Jessica Dowell (AKA Jessica Jackson). They may be in the company of Anthony Jackson Sr. Anthony Sr. has “Jessica” tattooed on his throat.
