Flood Warning 
The National Weather Service in Detroit has issued a Flood Warning for Wayne County. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area, with up to 1.5 inches of fallen rain. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected in the warned area today.
Stay home whenever possible. Do not attempt to pass through flooded roads.
Instructions:
Check your basement for water. If the basement is flooded, use caution near the water. If you can do so safely, turn off the basement breakers or the main breaker to reduce the chance of electrical shortages. Remove valuables if safe to do so.
