Due to HAZMAT incident in the 2200 block of Willow Street please stay out of the the area or shelter in place between Cherry Avenue to 28th St to Temple Ave. Fire and Police personnel are on scene. If you are sheltering in place inside the evacuation area, turn your air conditioning units off to avoid circulating the air and to prevent exposure.
