At 530 AM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicate 3 to 4 and a half inches of rain has fallen since 1 AM in portions of Kalamazoo, Westwood, Eastwood, Northwood, Parchment, and Cooper. Reports of road and basement flooding have been received. Some locations that are experiencing or may experience flooding include... Kalamazoo, Eastwood, Parchment, Northwood, Westwood, Comstock Northwest, Alamo, and Cooper.

Instructions:
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots. Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you can do so safely. Do not drive through flooded roads.
