Southern Dauphin County in south central Pennsylvania... West Central Lancaster County in south central Pennsylvania... Southwestern Lebanon County in south central Pennsylvania... Western York County in south central Pennsylvania...
* Until 615 PM EDT.
* At 407 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
* Some locations that may experience flooding include... Harrisburg, York, Lower Allen, Hershey, Colonial Park, Weigelstown, Elizabethtown, Progress, Mechanicsburg, Middletown, Camp Hill, Palmyra, New Cumberland, Linglestown, Enola, Steelton, Annville, Lemoyne, Hummelstown and Hampton. Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ADAMS, PA ... CUMBERLAND, PA ... DAUPHIN, PA ... LANCASTER, PA ... LEBANON, PA ... YORK, PA
