Mail Theft Arrest 
At approximately 4:46 a.m., Arcadia Officers stopped a vehicle associated with a mail theft that had just occurred in the northwest area of the city. The investigation revealed the occupants of the vehicle were in possession of stolen mail. Two female adult women were subsequently arrested for mail theft and booked at the Arcadia Police Department.
