Fourth Street 4- hour Closure Wed July 21 starting at 8 am (Clark to Almond) 
Fourth Street will be closed between Clark and Almond Streets, on Wed, July 21st from 8 am to noon. Street closure is to allow work crews to complete clean up of stormwater system as a result of last week's emergency water main and street repairs. Call City Hall 858.3046 with questions.
