One westbound lane on PCH is blocked at Sweetwater Cyn, just east of the Malibu Pier, due to a traffic collision. Motorists should expect delays.
Caltrans work on PCH, between Topanga Cyn and Coastline, is also causing some delays heading westbound into Malibu.
